I just recently got a new tri bike with profile carbon stryke bars. I am having trouble finding a good place to put my sigma sport computer.
if I put it on the bar where it is easily visable I cant use my aero drinking bottle, and if I put it on the base bar inbetween the aerobars it is not easily seen.
Where do you guys and gals put your computers so they dont interfere with you front drinking system. My bike has a full aero frame with a bottle only on the seat tube not the down tube.

If it’s wireless, get one of those cool helmets like Natasha Badman with the clear visor. Stick it on the inside for a heads up display. Clean and efficient with minimum aero drag. I’m only half kidding.
Your dilema makes a good point for the Polar HR models with bike data. Keep it on your wrist in that case.

Get “The Knob” and mount it to your stem and then mount your computer to The Knob.
Another option is to get an older Cateye Astrale computer and then get the stem mount that Cateye sells for it. Most places are blowing out the older Cateye computers.
I used a Profile clamp-on post to mount my wireless computer on my C-2 aerobars. I was able to mount it on the outer side of the bars where it doesn’t get in the way and is easy to see. The same thing should work with Profile and/or a hard wire computer. Most bike stores have these posts for $7 or $8.
