My 2 year supply of gatorade just ran out. I used to buy at costco, but I can no longer find it there? Any good websites to purchase bulk powder? Thanks.
I visit the evil empire (Walmart) for two purchases, Timex watches and Gatorade.
I can remember one occasion a while back when my nearest Costco was out, but over the last few years they’ve been pretty consistent at stocking the 9 gallon powder tubs at the 3 different locations I’ve been in, for about $8.99. They sometimes have the same tub at Smart & Final, or a slightly smaller one, for maybe $1 more.

at the same place I buy flat coke
Hannaford, when I go grocery shopping. Or Wal-Mart.
I’ve never seen powdered at Costco, but I buy the 20 oz bottles of either Gatorade or Kirkland Signature (made by Gatorade). I keep a case in my car year round (always nice if you forget water bottles), so I always have it at races or while I’m MTBing. Cheap enough for me, plus no mixing hassles (I tried powdered Gatorade in grad school and even got frustrated when using magnetic stirrers).
i’m with you on walmart for timex watches and gatorade. it’s the best. i like the blue ice (or whatever the name is) flavor, so when i find it i buy several cans. current supply ought to last the year.

For whatever reason Gatorade usually comes up a little cheaper here at Publix than it does at Walmart. Not a huge stash of powdered, but you can at least get orange and lemon-lime.
Sams Club for me. They’ve got powdered but I prefer the 32oz bottles. Less hassle.
I visit the evil Walmart for motor oil and powdered Gatorade. $7.35 for the 6 gallon variety.
I saved the link to the Gatorade Endurance site, it had a coupon for 5 bottles at $5, waited too long to download the coupon and now it’s gone. Sometimes you suck, this was one of those times.
Sam’s…love that place.
But I must say I miss the free bulk bags that I used to get from a RD.
I get all mine at this site:

I haven’t seen the tubs that make 9 gallons at Costco for a while. I’ve been buying the little tubs that make 2 gallons at Target, where they sell for about $3.50, a whole lot cheaper than Kroger’s where they cost about $5.50.
it is possible to make a quantity of sports drink that would last you for the season by purchasing the ingredients seperately.the cost is so minimal compared with branded sports drinks. a seasons worth could be made for around 15 euro. all it takes is a weighing scales and some time…you can even tailor the drink to your own needs. ie: if you cramp alot add additional sodium, magnessium and phosphate.
Here in Sacramento, Costco stocks the 9 gallon lemon-lime powder seasonally, typically spring through early fall. Smart & Final stocks it year round (for about $2.00 more than Costco).
