Wheel questions and decisions

So I’m getting my first (and hopefully last…for awhile) set of race wheels this summer, and I need the ST community’s advice since I have no way of demo-ing any of these. Here are my options:
(I’ll probably be racing road/crits on Rolf Vigor SLs, so these are a given)
With Hed 3C Front
-Hed 3C rear
-Renn 575 disc rear
-Hed Disc/Hed Superlight Disc rear
With Rolf Vigor SL Front
-Hed 3C rear
-Renn 575 disc rear
-Hed Disc/Hed Superlight Disc rear

Or something else for a similar price? ($1000-$1500 ish)

And a few additional general wheel questions:
What do the Hed 3’s sound like on the road? The Renn discs? The Hed discs?
Are Zipps really worth it?
Clincher or tubular?
Any secrets/interesting experiences with wheels I might wanna know about?

Thanks for any advice! Feel free to answer all, some, or none of my questions.
If you’re wondering, I’m 6’1, 160 ish, 19 years old, and dropped from about a 1:08 40k to a 0:56 ish after a winter of powertraining. This will be my second season of triathlons/time trials. No flaming/remarks like “train the body first”. I’ve heard it all, except for any useful information about wheels.

All are great wheels. If it was my money I would spend it on H3 Tubbies…I am sure someone wont agree. Fact is the Head 3 is damn near bomb proof. I still remember the adds from Specialized some 15 years ago about that wheel…there was a picture of it, and on the next page it would say that turning the page of the magazine had more wind resistance than the wheel spinning at 20 some odd MPH…That add is how I base all wheels today…as from turning the page of a magazine.
