What the hell, people spin, get one or two letters then buy vowels right away. Are the “encouraged” to do that? Do they really need those?
If you can see where the vowels are, that not only fills in parts of the words, but it also helps you to determine where the consonants must be by default. So if you’re trying to get to the right answer before your opponent gets his next turn, they can help quite a bit.
My brother says that both Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy make him feel stupid. After watching Jeopardy, he feels stupid because the contestants are so smart. After watching Wheel of Fortune, OTOH, he feels stupid because he just watched Wheel of Fortune.
