Wheel bearings for 2012 Zipp 404 front wheel

My front wheel spins about half a turn and stops. It looks like the bearings are sealed, and probably stainless steel as originally sourced by Zipp?

Zipp has a reasonably priced replacement bearing set in stainless steel. Is this my best option? I’m slow already, but don’t want to go any slower. Ceramic bearings don’t seem to confer much, if any, advantage.

You’re right, don’t waste your money on ceramic bearings. Last time I replaced the bearings in my Zipps I just bought some online (wiggle) and replaced them myself. If your existing bearings are shot then any set of new bearings will help.
