Seems like every time I ride, I see a ton of people sporting the Webcor gear. Individuals, small groups, big groups, any day or time, but always at least 10 people in a two hour ride. Why is this such a popular kit (at least on the Peninsula south of SF)?
I’d ask some of them instead of you guys, but usually they’re blowing past me and wouldn’t be able to hear my question
Thanks
It’s a local club (I’m a member) with about 300ish? members.

Webcor has been a chief sponsor for a long time. There is also the Webcor women’s professional team.

Sat/Sun they run rides around the peninsula, and members put on a host of somewhat impromptu rides throughout the week as well.
