As I was watching Lance be interviewed Post stage, I noticed an image of a riders on running horses on Lance’s right shoulder (viewer left) area.

What is that? A sponsor? Part of the Green Jersey?

That is PMU logo. PMU is the main sponsor of the green jersey. They have something to do with horseracing. Maybe they are like France’s version of OTB. Francois, what is PMU (pmu.fr)?

Sorry not Francois but yes it’s horseracing, and the PMU is the OTB in France. Looks like you can also bet on things like F1.
