I have tested three hydration tablets. Nuun, Camelbak’s “Elixer”, and ZYM. They are all fairly similar, I like ZYM the best. I don’t really care for any of them on their own but prefer to use them along with carbo pro. ZYM is the least well known of the three, mostly because it is not manufactured by a large company with deep marketing budgets like Nuun and Camelbak. I used ZYM in the recent Ironman Cour d’ alene with no ill affects, so I will do so again in Louisville.
