What’s a used kickr bike selling for?

Someone in my area is selling one for $2000. I see refurbished ones on wahoo selling for $2500. Happy with my current setup but having a dedicated bike trainer seems attractive, but not really $2000 attractive.

I paid a little over that for a new one. During one of the sales.

I’ll tell you, absolutely love not having to take my bike on and off.

Again, not for everyone due to cost, but for me was an awesome waste of money.

$2K for a used one is a bit pricey. I bought it new for that price during their Black Friday sale. Perhaps the real question … what is it worth it? After intensive use for over 2mo … I can say that it’s a great product … but definitely not worth anything north of $2.5K. The reason for that is that there are so many things that are just not perfect … which I would expect for $4K exercise bike. Examples … squeaking of the adjustable tubes under heavy load … flexes during intense sprinting (it will also rotate forward) … handlebars and seat hard to clamp down etc. I would pay no more than $1800 for a used one

I paid less than that for a new one. Apparently, Wahoo has a bit of a cash flow problem, due to excess inventory, so there have been decent discounts as they try to clear stock
