I’m doing IM France in June .I’m trying to workout the best use of my cycle training time. limited to three sessions a week.I was thinking one long, two high intensity up to maybe two hours on one day and an hour on another using maybe a couple of spinervals dvd’s.what would you do!
That sounds pretty good to me. My prep for IMAZ last April mostly consisted of three rides per week (all indoors), one long (several times at 120 miles) and two around 90 minutes including intervals.
