What sodium bicarbonate products are you using

As the title states, for those of you using bicarbonate for hard workouts, what are you using? Maurten, tablets, capsules, powder? What’s your protocol?

I start my day with gratitude, ablutions and a tablespoon of bicarb, chomp chomp chomp.

I have a functioning kidney.

Several years ago I used Hammer Race Day Boost (4 capsules per day, 4 times per day) and by day 3 I was vomiting violently and sick all weekend and missed my race. Just my experience. A few years later I tried the PR lotion before Zwift races, and based on my power numbers of consecutive Zwift races the weeks before and after where I didn’t use the lotion, it proved useless. The stuff definitely did not work for me and when ingested made me violently ill.
