What snacks are in your pantry?

Heading to the supermercado in an hour and was wondering what healthy snacks, other than fruits and veggies, everyone eats everyday…

Seem to be coming up short with ideas lately.

Usually end up making my own trail mix (chex, almonds, raisins) and taking that to work to snack on, along with Jerky and Popcorn.

Vita Muffins, Vita Muffin Tops and Vita Muffin Brownies - -These are so amazing. I get grouchie when I don’t have them in my refrig.

And why the hell wouldn’t you eat real cheese? Good god, you crazy americans. Get over your sexual repression for one, and eat real food for two. Gruyere, start there. Or maybe with the little mini cheese wheels that come individually wrapped.

always keep plain quick oats on hand with a variety of dried fruit, nuts and seeds to add to it for a quick snack. a small drizzle of honey or maple syrup tops it off perfectly.

if i need something to run out the door, nature valley crunchy granola bars. very few ingredients, nothing you couldn’t buy at the grocery store in them, and taste like they’re laced with cocaine.

lots of fruit…'cuz the rest of the shit I eat is terrible for me.

More than a snack, but after a ride yesterday I mixed 1 can tuna, with a mashed avocado and a splash of balsamic vinegar. I was super hungry, but I swear it was the best thing I have ever had.

I also keep tins of oysers in the pantry. Delicious and nutritious.
