What other websites do you visit

Aside from #1 favorite, Slowtwitch, what other sites do you visit that are tri/du related?

very few, since the advent of the RSS reader. Try http://reader.google.com or perhaps http://www.netvibes.com - most of the tri-related sites or blogs out there have feeds that you can pull.

If i had to pick one, it’d be this one: http://simonwhitfield.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default

http://www.flashyourrack.com/
.

In general I have browsers open to:

Triathlon Newbies, x-tri, cyclingnews.com (my pick for best on the web), Inside tri, triathlete, velonews and pez cycling news. Those are the key arteries.

xtri, inside tri, triathlon.org, velonews, cyclingnews.

I have a bunch of blogs listed on my site that I check out…gordo is always interesting, both Elizabeth Fedofsky and Chuckie V are hilarious.

www.trigirltraining.com - it’s my training group in va.

Elizabeth Fedofsky’s blog is very good writing. She’s also an impressive athlete- look at her *overall *result from Steelhead this year.

you need a login to view the pics…tease!

hehe

yeah, she’s very strong! Can’t wait to read about her experience in Kona, I’m sure it will be a good read.

Weightweenies. and you thought the bikes here were expensive.

Weightweenies. and you thought the bikes here were expensive.

Yeah and the real hardcore guys from Weightweenies are all on Fairwheelbikes, where the amount of $$ people spend to save a gram really gets insane.

gotta add biketechreview to the list others have posted.

There’s OTHER sites?

Pop into Beginnertriathlete every couple of days, mostly because there’s a section of forums by state.

I’m pretty active on beginnertriathlete. Also, drop in on Gordo’s site once in a while. Wish he put his forum back. I really liked it.

TNO and runango
.

TNO. I used to visit BT but got canned from there because of one post where I suggested a 15.5 hour IM finisher spend some money on training and trying to get faster.

It’s her fault really, she asked the forum what she should do with all the money she was about to get from selling some property and I gave her my opinion. Some people just have thin skin I guess.

www.zombo.com
.

I second Google Reader - great for aggregating feeds from several triathlon/multi sport sites among other subjects…their html code lets you share favorite articles on your personal web site/blog.

www.trigearreview.com

They give pretty unbiased reviews of triathlon and biking gear
.

I also like:

www.endurancenation.us a nicely developing forum

www.roadbikereview.com great classified ads

weightweenies for the eye candy and to put obsessive behaviour into proper context.
