What is your longest Zwift ride?

How many hours and how far did you go? Zwift or any other indoor training session.

My longest session was 8.5hrs for 170mi.

Zero and zero.

.

Did the PRL full once. Think it took me around 5.5 hours. Only did it cause I had a 5 hour ride planned for IM prep.

I rode 5 hours once. It was pretty trying…

I did 26 laps of volcano circuit, 3h15m and 107km (all in erg at 185w). There’s a badge for 25 and I think I did an extra as I wanted to be 100% sure I didn’t stop 1 short during lockdown.

I think I’ve done 3h30 on another ride when it was blowing a gale and after 300m outside I got too scared and came back home.

But not quite answering your specific question, but I watched all of The Godfather and Godfather Part II on DVD in 2005 riding on Tacx I-magic (doing Zwift better than Zwift 15 years before Zwift). Which would have been just over 6 hours. No idea of distance as didn’t have garmin/strava/trainign peaks back then. So in reality it didn’t happen  Honestly I was coming over to NZ from UK for March Ironman and lived up in the peak district so my whole training was done in the garage.

7hrs of Tempus Fugit in Watopia….IM training. It was by far harder than the actual race!

5hr for me during IM training. I did the majority of my long rides outside but some inside. It helped that it was Kona champs live for that 5hr ride.

A couple 5 and 6 hour rides. I don’t remember distance.

I rode six hours on a “dumb” trainer training for an IM. No idea how far I went, but I watched a lot of episodes of Psych.

Definitely a few 5-6 hour rides. Leading into Cozumel Ironman I did a 6 hour ride with a pacer group on zwift. Couldn’t stop pedaling… great practice for Cozumel 🤪

6 hrs. Was supposed to be 7 hrs, but I had a hard obligation that made me stop and with bathroom breaks and sanity breaks, didn’t make it. Thankfully college football was on. I’ve found I can’t handle things that actually require constant attention while I’m riding.

My longest zwift ride lasted 10h43 (vEveresting). It was definitely not as annoying as it could look, as I had lots of friends joining throughout the day.

A few 90’ ~56km solo rides in watopia. I race sprints and olympics only, and don’t need to go any further on the trainer. On the road I max out at 150’

I do between 160-210km every Sunday
.

5hrs in IM training w./ 90-60-30min @ 140.6 mixed in. Didn’t quite hit 100 Zwift miles because whatever route I picked had me up over 8k feet by the end. I don’t mind the longer trainer rides. Fire up some YouTube/movies/podcasts/whatever. The efforts keep you focused. Easy to practice fueling.

I did 95 miles leading up to IM a couple of years ago. I did it on Zwift because I had a scheduling conflict that day so I had to start at 4 am. It wasn’t terrible, as I did 2 group rides.

4:20 preparing for Lake Placid. Watched two of the Creed movies.

5 Hours - 101 miles with one of the pace bots. Once you start approaching 100 miles people start to root for you which is pretty cool and helps

A virtual Everesting which took me a little over 16 hours
.

I did 5 hours. Worked out to about 90 miles, because dumbass me decided to climb the Alp for the last hour (to ensure that I did the last hour at the watts target I had for the workout, and I ain’t doing a ride that long in ERG mode.)
