What is your go to method/machine for trimming body hair?

Legs go shaved completely, no questions about it. But what about the chest, armpits or other parts?

I bought one of those electric man groomers that does it all and has a guard.

Guard on for arms and pits at a reasonable length. Legs, no guard full legs then go to the razor for anything exposed to wind on the legs. Quick, easy. If you have back hair, it has an attachable “reach” handle. No guard in the intimate areas, makes it look bigger… wink nod.

For warm races, trimmer no guard on the hands up to where the skinsuit meets.

Phillips One Blade ,does my whole body , legs and arms .Remington Balder ,for my head and face . Make sure you use the guard for your twig and berries.

I haven’t tried any of them, but you have to love the name: Manscaped Lawn Mower 4.0!

Mangroomer for legs and back. I trim the leg hair before using a razor for less blade clogging and longer razor life.
I use the cheap one that runs on AA batteries, so if it dies mid-use I can just swap in new batteries. I use Li-ion AAs with integrated USB charging. No need to have a bunch of proprietary chargers/stands.

Chest/Arms/etc.: Cordless trimmer w/adjustable guards.
I use the Panasonic wet/dry, but have also used Braun models. Again, the cheaper ones that use replaceable batteries.

+1 on the One Blade. Very useful tool for getting the bulk of the shag off when I haven’t shaved in a while.

One Blade is shockingly good.

I’m a small, relatively hairless mammal as it is

A lint roller or a wad of duct tape does just fine LOL

This review of Veet is legendary!

This - Philips One Blade is the best!

+1 Phillips One Blade
.

Yep, this is great, very useful and I’ve had mine a long time, it holds up well. A charge last a long time too.

OH GOD NO! lol!

Thanks everyone for the recommendations. Seems the one blade will be the chosen.

After many iterations of each, these are what I own and why. I am finally satisfied after a few years of iteration.
Broad blade Remington for when leg, chest, back, face hair (etc) is too long. Fastest I’ve found. My mangroomer was good but died young.Phillips Eyebrow trimmer. Short blade cover. Not good for nose. I threw away all other peripherals.I use this Conair nose trimmer. Only for nose. I threw away these peripherals too. I’m don’t like crying when I trim nose hairs. I’ve tried a few (and plucking, snipping).Tweezers mostly for splinters but wife occasionally uses for my stray fast-growing back hairs. Much better than stock drug store tweezers.Panasonic Arc5 for close face shave and close body shave for events.

I tried a few battery powered trimmers but found they didn’t have enough power… maybe it is because I am a baby gorilla. I use a Wahl Peanut and it works great.

I like your style. We have a 50-port USB charger mounted to our RV garage wall for this purpose.

I started going the USB route due to business travel. The laptop is the only device that needs access to wall power (just a plug adapter, the power brick handles 120/240V and 50/60Hz) and all devices/batteries charge off the laptop’s USB ports. A bonus of the Li batteries is that they are quite light.

Great point about battery weight too.
