What is on your Gym's TV channels?

We have dozen or more TVs in our gym mounted throughout the Cardio area. Normally @ 5am, they are mostly turned to Infomercials, news or ESPN.

This morning while on the treadmill, one of the TVs was on Independent Film Channel (IFC) and was showing some campy college “Revenge of The Nerds” type movie.

Brief nudity (no pixels), and fairly heavy simulated sex scenes

Watching several middle age men (including myself) pretend not to watch the show, all the while straining/twisting their necks to get peaks was quite entertaining.

The Mega TV/monitor wall which overlooks the majority of the open space is usually on ESPN , or NFL Network if there’s a game on

The smaller peripheral wall-mounted monitors and treadmills have:

24 Hour Fitness

Contemporary Music Videos … they all sound alike and sort of look alike … ‘elevator music’ that you do not even hear (or look at) after a while.

And without sound … sometimes with text captions …
