What do you Drink? (1)

Was wondering what you guys and gals drink during the day. I always start out with a juice and coffee in the morning with lots of water during the day. At night I might have a glass of wine or some more juice and or a glass of diet sprite or 7up. I have to say that I get tired of drinking all that water.

So what do you drink?

Bud ice light and Presidente.

I hang out by the water cooler a lot at work and by the time I get home in the evening, I’m tired of drinking water. Check out your local supermarket-- there are several options. Lately at home we have on hand Vitamin Waters, Sobe products and diet Coke. I like beer too.

I start the day with a glass of OJ, and then drink copious amounts of water. At home I’ll drink some lemonade for a change, and some wine on occations.

Beer for Breakfast, Coffee for lunch, Vodka (Grey Goose) for dinner.

If I get tired of Vodka I drink Makers Mark.

coffee - 20-30 oz a day

and water 120-132oz per day

1 diet coke also

i am addicted to coffee. i get severe headaches when i try to decrease or cut back. i love it.

~40oz of water, 12 oz milk. A little coffee now and then. Add in maybe 12oz per hour of training time, of various carbo mixes (Clif Shot is my favorite).

OJ (morning). Milk (lunch/dinner). Water (all day). Cytomax or Revenge Sport (workouts). Soy Milk/Banana/Yogurt/Strawberry/Blueberry/Raspberry/Blackberry/Protein Powder Smoothies (snacks). Hard to beat fresh fruit & a blender in the summertime. Add in some icecubes to get some extra H2O (just a little bit).
