We are having a biggest loser compeition at the office and I plan on winning. Initial weigh in is today.

Since I’m 162.5 at 5’11" I dont have as much to lose as others around here. So my only chance was eating an enourmous amount yesterday. Here is what I consumed:

1 cup porridge

Snickers bar

BBQ Pork bun

Chicken and mango salad

2 slices of bread

Hot chocolate

Lamb and cheese pide

Whole family pack of assorted biscuits

A large berry smoothy

Whole box of pizza shapes

Toasted ham sandwich

Large chicken and vegetable burrito

3 scoops of ice cream

Chocolate drumstick ice cream

It was a monstrous effort to eat that amount of food in one day.

Actually, I lie, it was incredibly pleasurable.

Yeah… I know. I think the time for me to hire a sports nutritionalist is rapidly approaching! Or perhaps find one to date  Probably wouldn’t work… my eating habits would send him running. It will definately take money to convince someone to work with me on this

i was hungry, what can i say…

two ham sandwiches, w real mayo & dijon mustard
(interrupted at work)

dinner
three scrambled eggs w diced ham
two pieces of toast, real butter
large handful of cheese sun chips

snack
undisclosed number of chocolate chip cookies
cow’s milk
.

Not yesterday but as this seems to be a celebration of all things culinary, here’s a day in the life of eating at Epic Camp:

For the 24 hours between 11am on Day 4 and 11am on Day 5, here’s what I ate:

5-6 scrambled eggs
½ plate oatmeal with butter and honey
4 slices toast with butter and Nutella
2 Em’s Power Cookies
3 energy bars
6 energy gels
1L Coke
1 scoop ice cream
1 Luxury Burger with Cajun fries
1 banana
assorted crackers and cookies
3 pieces chicken
2 lamb steaks
½ plate green veggies
½ plate sweet potatoes and carrots
½ plate rice
1 bowl custard
1 bowl fruit salad
2 cereal bars (midnight snacking!)
3 pieces toast with butter and honey
1 cereal bar
600 cal of sport drink

Estimates from the support crew put our intake at 8000-10000 calories per day. This is a glorious life.

It’s probably a good thing I don’t eat like this every day.
