Probably the ones you take some sand paper to.

Why? Wheels to wide for your brakes?

Agree with this sentiment, I do.

Check out the Zipp Tangente Platinum Pro EVO pads. They are thinner than standard pads and they have a little more surface area.

Might look at the Kool Stop pads. I used them with 25mm wheels and trp brakes when SS didn’t work
