How great a feeling is it when you complete the week and you actually hit every workout right on schedule just as planned. Despite work, kids, and all other responsibilities you are able to actually pull off every workout you wanted to for the week. This is my third year of triathlon training, and, I’ll be honest, I can count on one hand the number of times this has happened for me. Question: how many weeks out of ten, do you complete every planned workout just as you had scheduled out beforehand?
