No, this is not a post about a bladder condition or some sort of deviant fetish involving a Superfull. Instead this is just another boring recommendation thread. I am an avowed T1 wetsuit fan. (Tres actually) I absolutely love mine and highly recommend them. However, I’m currently on the mend from a shoulder injury and have a race next weekend. I will not be able to take my T1 off. (I have a hard enough time with t-shirts right now) So unfortunately I need to buy another wetsuit to use at Ralph’s and maybe Wildflower. I’m thinking it might not be such a bad thing to have around.
So I’m looking for non 2-piece recommendations. Obviously fit is supremely important, but I also want to try to keep the costs low if possible. And I’d like to try to get a good suit. After all, I’ve been spoiled by the DeSoto rubber. (Low cost and a good suit?? Ha!!) Are there any recommendations out there? I remember checking out the new Stealths last year and being quite impressed. Oh, and FWIW, I’m 6’4”, 200 lbs, with longish legs, dark brown hair, I’m a Cancer, enjoy good conversation, and sharing bottles of full bodied wine with friends on clear moonlit nights.
I’m a big fan of ProMotion wetsuits out of Hood River, Oregon. Their most expensive tri-suit is $279 for a Glideskin full suit. They make the suits there, so they know their patterns real well and should be able to fit you up over the phone.
Check out ProMotion at www.wetsuit.com. They have a full suit for $194. I had 2 sleevless ProMotion suits before my T1 and thought they were fine suits.
Pooks,
I actually have a demo suit here which would fit you (03 Supersuit) and I wouldn’t mind letting you use it for a few weeks.
Why don’t you call me or email me.
Cheers,
Herbert

It’s the motion of reaching across my body for the bottom of a shirt that’s problematic. Swimming so far has been OK. I’m not expecting a PR or anything though.
No doubt you need to look at a Piel… it requires absolutely NO unreasonable effort to remove. If you can reach over to the back of your neck and pull up on a zipper (about the equivalent of a small jerk), then you can take this wetsuit off. Because of it’s two zipper design… it will simply fall off while on the run.
There is not other wetsuit design that matches this designs ease of removal.
However, you will probably not like the fit… the T1 has already spoiled you… few suits fit as nicely… so, don’t expect much in terms of comfort.
