Goals for this week are the same as last week.

Happy Star Wars Day. Yesterday’s group ride was shut down by 45°C rain and not wanting to get sick, but did end up including an easy run with my girlfriend.

Tonight is a VO2 session on the bike, which if it’s anything like the last two weeks, will hurt. I’m going to try and get to the pool tomorrow morning. Then it’s off to California for some relaxing and a friends wedding. No riding but probably a bunch of running and whatever swimming one can do in a hotel pool.

Definitely looking forward to a chill week.

Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Some work nonsense today and then I got out and just rode tonight after work. It was a short ride, but it was nice to actually go somewhere. The route took me down a couple descents that hooked up like magic.

Early flight out tomorrow, but then chill for a couple days.
