Wap web sites to track IMAZ athletes from phone?

Anyone know if there are any WAP web sites that you can use from a phone web browser to track athletes for IMAZ or any other events?

I tried loading www.ironmanlive.com but it doesn’t like that from a phone. I don’t want to get text messages either, I would rather check a web site from my phone, besides I get charged for every text message.

Have you tried just the specific url for the athlete you want to track? For Sergio, for example it’d just be this URL:

http://liveupdate.ironmanlive.com/ppv/newathlete.php?rid=101&race=/events/ironman/arizona&bib=4

Ah, very good idea. It works, a bit clunky but it works.

I ended up making a small web page with the direct links to a few people I wanted to track. The phone seems to be able to load them that way.

It would be nice if they provided a real WAP interface though.
