I am using the Wahoo Systm app with my Kickr and having a lot of fun. If anyone else uses this software to help structure training plans, I am curious how you manage the Sunday workouts?
I set up a triathlon training plan, and Saturdays are standard brick workouts (the run is even called “brick”). But on Sundays, there is often a run and a ride scheduled, and the run is shown first. Do people approach this by doing the Sunday run first, then the bike ride? Seems weird, but could also be the way they program it.
Ultimately, I am not in shape enough for it to matter, but am curious what is the “correct” order for these Sunday workouts.
