I would like to introduce the ViViTO app to the Slowtwitch readership. It is an app that we developed for cycling clubs or training groups.

With the ViViTO app you can

Manage your cycling club:
Our club management tools makes it easy and time efficient to run a club.
Member database with emergency contact details, membership dues status, ride leader qualification and more. For data privacy reasons this only accessible by club admins. Set-up sections for different activities (triathlon, bike, run, swim, road bike, age groups just to name a few possibilities) to target communication, rides and challenges Club leaderboards for distance, time and elevation, plus our innovative point system (based on distance, time and elevation)Manage your social events, coaching sessions and races

Club Rides

So you remade Strava with out gps tracking…

I understand how at first glance that this might seem the case, Vivito is not at all like Strava. We are a communications platform for clubs, and yes, a small subsegment of that are the activities of its members, but at the core of ViViTO is the ability to manage a club and its sections.

A club has admin(s), ride leader/moderator(s) and users, all with different access rights and privacy settings, a town square / discussion forum in which the club can plan club social and club activities, have discussions on topics that matter to the members and many other communication tools structured around rides and challenges.

There is a whole lot more to ViViTO than the activity feed you are referencing.
