which of these two wheelsets is the better to keep. I have a set of each in similar condition, and am considering donating one set to a worthy cause. Of course, I want to keep the better of the two wheelsets.

The Team 30 is going to be a faster, more aero wheelset.
The Mavic is likely stronger, longer lasting.
So if you are using them as a race wheel, I would lean Vision.
If you are using them as training wheels I would lean Mavic.

These are ONLY for training. I was leaning toward the Mavics . . . they just “feel” better to me. FYI, I am donating a nice bike with the wheels to the Wake Forest University Cycling Team.
