Vision metron tfe pro/ help needed!

Hi,
I wanted to uppgrade my tt-bike Bianchi Aquila with the Vision TFE Pro Aerobar Extensions. (Picture of the original handlebars attached)
I have to be able to attach the new bars to my bike. I think I will need the Vision 4d flat adaptor and adjustment angels, but will it still fit ? Or what can I do to get it fitted? Anyone experiences of this?

That current vision bar fitted looks like it takes vision snakebite (I think that is the term) mounts so the TFE Pro will go straight on without any
