I happen to have a set of the extensions you’re asking about, and I have them mounted on the aerobar setup I linked above. The mounting system for the extensions in the aerobar system accepts the Pro extensions, with all the tilt adjustments working the same way as original.

I’m sorry, yes that is the same Metron base bar. My bike came assembled from QR and I can’t find additional spacers that may have come with it.
Did your TFE extensions include this bridge:

If so, then it bottom surface interfaces to the spacer stack to allow for angle adjustment.
If not then you need that bridge and the Angle Adjustment Bracket:

Sadly the bracket is out of stock until mid-summer.
