I find that if I can just raise my elbows up another 5 mm or so that I’m really comfortable. Unfortunately I’m maxed out for spacers.
I was hoping that you could buy some extra risers for my vision aero bars. Does anyone offer this or seen this done?

I don’t get it, does that go in place of the 12.5mm spacer that’s there right now?
That site says it’s 1/2 inch, which is 12.5 mm; although in the picture it looks much bigger.
It looks like there is a 1 inch variety of the same risers. I just have to find a place to buy it. Thanks!
The c spacers have a 40mm rise, they are supposed to be used in place of the aero spacers (I think the highest spacer is 25mm). I wouldn’t add the c spacer on top of an aero spacer, I would be concerned about excess leverage on the bolts.
