I think the key to some epic points…for me at least… is to get in a good run. You can bag 32 quick points in an hour in a 7:30 8 mile run. Follow it up/spin out the legs with a quick 20 mile ride on the hog around the block and you’ve got yourself 50+ points in about two hours without killing yourself. (And yes, swimming 5k yards would kill me).

I need to get off my fat ass and run more anyway.

How about points for epic eating?

Thus far today has just been the morning weight training, so no points there. After work it’ll be a 5 miler so 20 pts by the end of the day…kj

22 again today…keeping it light. Tapering is so goofy on the mind, even a short one…feel like crap, irritable, sluggish, but get out and run a little bit and feel fine. Always a weird time.

I must have missed this points thing. How does one keep score? I ran a cursory search but it was just that - cursory. Came up empty.

Looks like it’s scored in Imperial system for Yanks and POHMs. So what would this be, then (Thursday’s totals):
-Run 9 miles
-Bike 38 miles

6/24 day off

BTW, it’s 4 pts/mile run, 1 pt/100 yds swim, and 1 pt/mile bike. No extras for eating, racing, or talking on the phone.
