20 pt for morning swim. Should be more but I got irritated and “took my my ball and went home”. Ok, no ball and I went to work instead but you get the idea- swim cut short. Going to log some miles on the cycleops tonight so it should end up a 50 point day…kj

Started recovery week (target 12-15 hrs.) with a 12 km. run. Guess that’s 7.5 points.
