Am I reading correctly that it is semi flawed?
It reads to me like you can use the loop feature, but since it will always keep one “session†you’ll still fill up the card.

Why flawed? If you finish the ride and don’t want to save anything just delete the files.
Well in a perfect world (mine anyway) it would just continue to write over the oldest file on the card, regardless of what session it was from. Although it is a completely different product, my security cameras work that way.
Am I safe to assume there is no setting that allows for this?
