(Quick RR: Great Race, first AG wave, missed most of the heat. Swim: started the race in the transition area (What’s that cannon sound!? RUN!!). Bike: beautiful course, not too much early traffic, saw minimal drafting, much of it incidental as faster folks made their way past slow ones. Run: a little warm at the end. PR by 15 minutes - 5:19)
