They’ve had them up since last week. The sizes available have varied, but it seems as if they have supply now.

I get the logic for training shoes, but for race day it’s a relatively low investment (assuming IM). I only wear my 4% for 4 pre-race runs, 2 short and 2 long, and then on race day.
