article fails to say what was missing to the file they have to submit to the UCI except for Kelme (a previous article 2 days earlier) who has not met the financial requirements for this season…seems like Valverde is on the leave for (maybe) Liberty Seguros.
so are you saying that there will be no patachi power sprints this year? and no tour domination from the man? or do they still have time?
