Using synthetic latex base sealants (say Conti Revo) with a natural latex base inner tube (say that in a Vittoria Corsa Evo CX tubular)

You may recall from the article on 'twits last year the warning about mixing synthetic latex base sealants and natural latex base sealants http://www.slowtwitch.com/Products/Things_that_Roll/Tires/Tire_Sealants_2765.html

Does anyone know of issues using a synthetic latex base sealants (say Conti Revo) with a natural latex base inner tube (say that in a Vittoria Corsa Evo CX tubular)?

I have both these products but are hesitating using them together based on this thought.

Thanks

.

I don’t have experience with sealant pre-puncture, but I have used this product successfully with 2 Vittoria Corsa Evo CX tubulars and on GP4000 tubular (butyl tube). I carry a can while training and racing.

Thanks for that. The slowtwitch article also discribes the Espresso as a synthetic latex base - so maybe the Revo is also ok to use with Vittoria Corsa tubs

Kjmcawsome - in your experence how long to you get out of Vittoria Corsa tubs after using Expresso - or does the product just get you home and then they are trash
