Upgrade 2011 B12 to etap

I have a 2011 Felt B12. I’m considering changing the drivetrain from the current 10 cog mechanical SRAM Red, to 12 cog etap. I am not going to change the brakes, but I do want to change the front derailleur, and likely get the Vuka Speed bars. I have Bayonet 3 bars, with bad aerobar clamps, which is one of the reasons for this upgrade. Any suggestions for aerobar clamps compatible with the Bayonet 3 basebar.
Most of the groupsets I have seen don’t have a front derailleur without having brakes. Will I have to buy a front derailleur separately from the rear derailleur/ blips groupset?
Are my current rear hub and bottom bracket compatible with the new cogs and crank/derailleur?
Any other compatibility issues?

You could do something like this - https://www.bikebling.com/SRAM-Force-eTap-AXS-2x12-Speed-Electronic-Rim-Brak-p/sram22-00.7918.077.001.htm and a blipbox plus a dub bottom bracket+crankset+chain+cassette and then sell the shifters.

Does it not make more sense to buy the “triathlon group”, and add a front derailleur?

The FD is $240, the blipbox is $450, the shifters can probably be sold for $400 in the aftermarket… I think that you’d come out $300-ish ahead if you buy a road gruppo and add a blipbox.

I might be wrong tho
