I think I ruffled some feathers yesterday with the satelite maps of the water temps in Lake Erie. So be it. It is what it is.
Contrasting my concern over cold water in Lake Erie was the experience of three persons I spoke with over the last 48 hours in person- each of whom I know and trust- who mentioned they did actually swim recently in the area around Sterling State Park in Lake Erie. Each of them reported swimmable water temps with a wetsuit.
