Unbounding?

Will I see anyone there?

Will be there probably from Wednesday through Monday. It’s my hometown so part of that time will be out of the lake.

I’ll be riding around your lake, it seems!

Hope everyone is doing the anti-rain dance. Unfortunately, I will not be there – sick. Good luck!

Going for my 3rd 200 finish, although, I’m not as excited as the first two. Sure hope we don’t get storms:crossed_fingers:t3:

Good luck!

I believe I saw your back wearing the Goodlife jersey around mile 10. Right before it stormed for my next 70, followed by hurricane force winds, then huge storms from Council Grice on home. Never in my life have I been that dumb riding with that type of lightning. That and the mud put me in the breakfast club but I did finish.

Congrats on finishing! It is an achievement! I got in around 10 pm, right before the biggest storm cell with the hail hit. I cannot imagine being on course while it stormed!

Congratulations to you both! And, welcome to Kansas weather…you never know what you’re going to get. A tornado hit out at Lake Kahola about a month ago.

I believe it will take me the same time as the ride or longer to get my bike looking and running the same as that picture

I can’t imagine trying to plan a group ride with the ever-changing weather you have! Even driving from Ottawa to Emporia and back I drove through multiple storm cells. Sure is beautiful riding–thanks for letting us play bikes in your area!

Well, I live in Tennessee now so the weather isn’t quite as bad (as I sat here this morning watching rain and a thunderstorm out my window).
