Am I reading this right - 11+ acres? $600,000? I don’t Denver real extate values for shit, but if there were such thing as an 11 acre lot in an established area of Calgary it’d be worth at least $10 million, probably 20. Perhaps she’s selling the house/body and keeping the lot for herself.

I run past this house all the time as it is close to Washington Park, (a local hot spot here in Denver to see and be seen and also to run and ride on occasion) Did not know that it, along with occupant, were up for sale. Pretty funny…
