Ahh, neon. Lots of loud colors back in the late '80’s early '90’s. Given the J-disk and handlebars, I’d date that one from that vintage. My wife bought me a really nice Columbia jacket back then. It was mostly black but also had patches of neon pink and neon green. I still have it in the truck for emergencies. I figure it will give me a bit of visibility if stranded.
