I have a couple of pairs of the TYR swim hand paddles that the rubber tubing is perishing; I contacted TYR to see if they sell the rubber tubing separately but they don’t. I have looked all over and can’t find anything similar. I would appreciate if anyone knows where to purchase the tubing you could let me know. Thanks LA Rob

Look for surgical tubing, might be sold in scuba shops for spearfishing. I’m in Australia so can’t recommend any where specific, but a google search showed an online shop such as this place that sells tubing specifically for hand paddles:
Call almost any hardware store, medical supply store, or ask a local swim coach or pool manager if they have a couple extra feet of it laying around. I coached a while back and had a large spool in the storage room for ongoing repairs like yours.

just go to Home Depot / Lowes, they have tons of that stuff by the spool. Same area where all the rope/chain/etc is sold on the big spools
i used bike tubes in my speedo paddles.
Swim Outlet and Kiefer sells the replacement tubing.
