Two halfs three weeks between

Would you recover the week after the first then train a week and taper the week of the second?

Take a day or two of recovery and get back into normal schedule and taper the week of the second?

Rock out, drink, sleep with hookers and pray for the best?

Depends on how hard I raced and what my season goals were. If I was trying to race both as fast as possible, I’d take a really easy week after the first, then do some short, less-than-all-out speed sessions in the second week, then shut it down to rest up for the next race… If I was using them for long training days I’d just keep training.
