Recently saw two movies that I would strongly recommend.
Millions-An English movie about two young brothers who find a stash of money and how they deal with the consequences. Parallels of conservative vs. liberal(with a touch of humor).
Apres Vous-Feel good French movie. Subject is typical french romantic comedy concerning wine and love. Very likable characters.
I finally saw “I, Robot” last night and thought it was super awesome. I liked a lot of the underlying moral/ethical issues with technology and humankinds reliance upon it.
At some point the Chicago River gets paved over, and Lower Wacker Drive becomes long enough for a 10 minute chase scene —(but that’s from the beginning or middle)-- and you really only notice it if you live in Chicago.
refresh my memory on the ending…
I stopped paying attention when I saw the scene where Will Smith had to do something to the supercomputer in the middle of an office building… Because, you know, if you’re gonna build a supercomputer, you gotta put it right in the atrium of an office building.
