Turducken anyone?

Turducken - It’s the latest craze from the South - a chicken inside of a duck inside of a turkey. Boneless, all sewn together, sutffed, greased, and roated. You slice it in layers. A few extra calories, but hey it’s Thanksgiving.

Read about it in National Geographic this month. A bunch of places sell them by mail order. You get it frozen 15-20 lbs for about $120.

John Madden has been talking about this for years.

Sounds like it would taste pretty good, actually!

Been around for years! A Paul Prudhomme treat. When you wake up frome that fat coma, it’ll be a brand new day.

Correction, a brand new month, or in severe cases, year.

Except Madden’s has bones and usually about 6 legs. He gives them away as awards to those who play well on Thanksgiving.

Yep, I end up having some around this time of the year. There is a place in town that makes it. It is definately a unique flavor. Locals here, have been enjoying it for years. I do not know the pricing locally.
