TUE - how to get one in the UK for ITU/WTC

I just returned from the doc and it looks like I am finally getting my time in the medical game. I am likely going to race the ITU Long Course worlds in August and Kona so I will need a TUE, but am not sure how to go about it…

One TUE for both or does WTC require it’s own as it is not a NGB?

i believe the ITU can also issue TUEs. i believe it was the ITU who issues TUEs to AGers for AG worlds in germany last year. was there a worlds in germany last year? if so, then, i think i have this right. otherwise, i might have dreamed all this.
