There is a myriad of books that delve into the biomechanics of running. What good books, articles, websites do slowtwitchers recommend for learning more about the biomechanics of TT cycling?
Thanks!

You can start with “Bike Fit”, by Phil Burt.
Phil is British Cycling’s physio. He’s an excellent bike fitter.
( I have to admit that I haven’t read the book yet. I’m only suggesting it because of what I know of Phil’s bike fit knowledge. )
Thanks Andy. I read the Kindle sample and Phil looks to know what he’s talking about. However, the book also looks to only discuss road biking.
Are there any in-depth sources for the biomechanics of TT-cycling?
TIA!
I will ask Phil if he has any plans to include TT biomechanics.
In the meantime, perhaps Mark Florence can get Todd Carver to speak on The Cycling Time-Trial podcast. Let’s see what we can get going.
