I am quick to throw companies under the bus when I get terrible customer service, so I will give Trisports.com some props for awesome customer service today. I ordered about 6 items, one was backordered, I called and it was resolved in about 30 seconds. The rep on the phone knew what they were talking about and recommended another product that suited my needs. While I try to support my local stores, if I shop online it will be with Trisports.

They are great and run some pretty good promotions too. They were one of the only shops that actually encouraged me to try multiple wetsuits …in a pool… before selecting a winner!

Trisports CS is indeed exceptional. Quarq has the best CS of any company I have ever dealt with for any type of merchandise.
They really are great at providing service. Also, LOVE the little personalized note I get when I open my box of products I ordered.
