Has anyone ever used the Trigger Point Quad Baller or any of the other products simialar to that.
They have a whole hip and lower back package deal. Its looks like a bunch of their products wrapped up into one with an instructional DVD.
Its pretty expensive stuff but if it worked I would invest in it.
I have one of their orange foam rollers…its good but much cheaper in price than the stuff I mentioned above.
cheaper than massages daily. I’m a fan and use them with some regularity.
Good stuff. Cassidy is a creative and caring product promoter. He’ll be at big races working with fast and slow athletes just trying to help the customer. He worked on my wife’s tight shoulder for 15 minutes AFTER I committed to a package. He gave her shoulder some quick relief.
I’ve used their plantar fascitis treatment tools. They work. At least they help.
It’s odd, when you look at the products you;re kind of thinking, “This is really expensive for what I’m getting…” but then again, there isn;t really a substitute that is as good- so it actually is worth it. The stuff does seem to work too- at least in terms of mitigating the symptoms.
I use them regularly (or, at least, try to!) and think they are a million times better than the regular foam rollers at the gym. If you have a knot or adhesion, these will get them out. And while expensive, they are cheaper than deep tissue massages all the time and certainly better than PT/doctor’s appointments!
thanks everyone…
