Trico Ironcase - Does a 29er fit?

Will be travelling this summer and have the chance to borrow an Ironcase.

Anyone out there who has fit a 29er mtb in one of these cases?

Specifically I’m looking to fit a size L Stumpjumper.

Mine will fit but it’s a small 29er. I would think a larger frame would fit too.

It’s a pretty good task in getting it in there though.

I’m in the same boat. I have to fit a 29’er HT with a Lefty fork. Could get interesting

Tried this last night and thought I’d post with what I found to bring this thread full circle.

Yes, a size L Specialized Stumpjumper 29er will indeed fit inside the Trico Ironcase.
Removing the bars, stem, seatpost and rear der will get you there.

Agreed, I fit my medium Gary Fisher Paragaon 29er in my Trico case.

reviving this thread- has anyone tried to fit a L Canyon Exceed HT? I have a TRICO, my Cervelo P2 fit just fine but wondering about the MTB in the box.
